  Returns a Participant based on a Routing Number.

  Returns a collection of Participants that match a specific Servicing Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) Routing Number.

  Returns a collection of Participants that match a specific State.
• GetParticipantsByTelephoneAreaCode
  Returns a collection of Participants that match a specific Telephone Area Code.
• GetParticipantsByZipCode
  Returns a collection of Participants that match a specific Zip Code.
